Kylie C. Ramaker is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and the founder of Deep Rooted Wellness. She has extensive experience providing mental health services across a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, schools, homes, community-based programs, shelters, and family-focused services.
Kylie's work is grounded in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and a relationship-centered approachs to healing and growth. Drawing from her experience in family systems theory, attachment theory, TF- CBT, DBT, ACT, ARC, EMDR, and other evidence-based interventions, she helps individuals and families navigate emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, family transitions, and high-conflict situations.
Throughout her career, Kylie has specialized in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing high conflict, complex family dynamics, communication challenges, co-parenting concerns, reunification efforts, and relationship disruption. Her approach emphasizes practical communication, skill-building, emotional regulation, accountability, and strengthening healthy connections.
Drawing from both clinical expertise and a systems-based perspective, Kylie developed the Repair Model of Care™ and The Repair Project™ to provide practical, accessible tools that help people move from conflict toward connection. Her work focuses on helping individuals and families build stronger foundations, repair relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
