Individual Navigation

The Repair Project – Individual Navigation is designed for individuals who recognize that while conflict involves more than one person, meaningful change begins with understanding and shifting their own patterns.

This track focuses on increasing awareness of personal triggers, emotional responses, and behavior patterns that contribute to conflict. Participants are guided through a structured process to build emotional regulation skills, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop more effective communication and response strategies.

Through a balance of insight and practical skill-building, individuals learn how to move from reactive patterns toward intentional, values-driven behavior—regardless of whether others in the system choose to change.

Individual Navigation supports participants in:

  • Increasing self-awareness and accountability

  • Strengthening emotional regulation and distress tolerance

  • Reducing reactive or escalatory responses

  • Building healthier communication patterns

  • Creating stability and consistency within themselves

This track serves as a foundation for broader relational repair and can stand alone or support progress in co-parenting and family work.
