Relationship Rebuild

The Repair Project – Deep Rooted Wellness

Relationship Rebuild is designed for individuals and families navigating conflictual or fractured relationships, including partner conflict, betrayal, affairs, and broader family system disruptions. This track supports those who are seeking to repair, redefine, or rebuild relationships in a way that is intentional, accountable, and sustainable.

This work focuses on understanding the underlying patterns that have contributed to disconnection, including communication breakdowns, emotional reactivity, trust violations, and unresolved hurt.

Participants are guided through a structured process that prioritizes emotional safety, accountability, and meaningful repair—rather than avoidance or surface-level resolution.

Through a balance of insight and skill-building, individuals and families learn how to engage in difficult conversations, rebuild trust over time, and establish healthier relational patterns moving forward.

Relationship Rebuild supports participants in:

  • Identifying and understanding patterns that contribute to conflict and disconnection

  • Taking accountability for individual contributions to relational harm

  • Rebuilding trust through consistent, behavior-based change

  • Strengthening communication, emotional regulation, and repair skills

  • Creating clarity around boundaries, expectations, and the future of the relationship

This track recognizes that not all relationships return to what they once were—but with intention and structure, they can move toward something more stable, honest, and functional.
