THE REPAIR PROJECT
Where broken relationships begin to work again—differently.

Co-Parent Rebuild
Co-Parent Rebuild is designed for caregivers navigating high-conflict co-parenting relationships who are committed to creating a more stable, consistent, and child-centered parenting system—regardless of the status of their personal relationship.
This track focuses on reducing conflict through structure, boundaries, and skill development rather than requiring full relational agreement. Caregivers are guided in identifying patterns that contribute to ongoing conflict while building practical strategies for communication, decision-making, and consistency across households.
Through a structured and accountable process, participants learn how to move from reactive, emotionally driven interactions to predictable, behavior-based co-parenting—prioritizing the emotional safety and well-being of their children.
Co-Parent Rebuild supports participants in:
-
Creating clear, consistent, and child-focused communication
-
Reducing conflict exposure for children
-
Strengthening emotional regulation during co-parent interactions
-
Establishing boundaries and predictable parenting structures
-
Increasing accountability and follow-through
This track emphasizes that effective co-parenting does not require agreement or closeness—it requires consistency, structure, and a shared commitment to the child’s well-being.
