THE REPAIR PROJECT
Where broken relationships begin to work again—differently.

Professional Referrals
The Repair Project takes many professional referral from attorneys, courts, therapists, schools, and other professionals seeking structured, evidence-informed support for individuals and families navigating high-conflict relationships.
The Repair Project offers a clear, phase-based model that moves beyond insight alone and focuses on observable behavior change, accountability, and skill development.
Referrals can be made for Individual Navigation, Co-Parent Rebuild, or Relationship Rebuild tracks, depending on the needs of the client or family system.
The program is particularly well-suited for cases involving:
-
High-conflict co-parenting or family dynamics
-
Ongoing disputes despite prior interventions
-
Difficulty with emotional regulation, communication, or follow-through
-
Concerns related to child exposure to conflict
-
Situations where structure, accountability, and skill-building are needed
Referring professionals can expect:
-
A structured and consistent model of care
-
Clear goals and focus areas aligned with referral concerns
-
Emphasis on child-centered and developmentally appropriate outcomes
-
Collaboration that avoids triangulation and maintains professional boundaries
-
Availability of summary updates or reports when appropriate and authorized
The Repair Project is designed to complement—not replace—existing services, providing targeted intervention for high-conflict dynamics that often fall outside the scope of traditional therapy or legal processes.
